Can I change my shipping address or edit my order after it's placed?

Yes, just send us an email right away at support@futbocce.com

If it already shipped, we'll work with you on the best next steps, including placing a replacement order if needed.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. All orders are packed/delivered by our co-founder Sam and inspected by his 2 year old daughter Rylee before going out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive in 2-5 business days.

Where is my order? How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking email to the address used at checkout. Can’t find it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Still nothing? Hit us up at support@futbocce.com, and we’ll help right away.

My order says “Delivered” but I can’t find it—what should I do?

Annoying, sorry! Try these first:

-Check your siblings room
-Look around side/back doors or porch areas
-Ask a neighbor (it may have been delivered next door)

If you still can't find it after this, send us an email at support@futbocce.com. We'll help track it down or make it right.

What comes in the box?

-8 Professional-Grade Inflatable Balls (Size 3 if you're a soccer nerd)

How long does it take to setup?

It just takes a few minutes to pump up all the balls and to grab your favorite refreshment to start playing! If you're really itching to play, use an electric pump to speed up the process of filling up the balls!

Does everything fit in the bag?

Yes! We also designed the bag so it's not a Tetris puzzle trying to fit everything. Dimensions are 40 x 40 x 40cm.

Where can I play?

Play on a flat, open area with no dangerous obstacles. Play inside! Grass, sand, or a gym floor works well. Play anywhere you want. No boundaries is awesome, or use the cones to create your own court! Play on an actual bocce court so you can use the walls.

Everyone asks me where I got it and I'm starting to become really popular/cool from playing, is that normal?
